Cubic Zirconia commonly called CZ is an inexpensive substitute for diamond. To an untrained eye, a CZ looks like a diamond. This is why many people substitute them for the real thing.
So what's the difference between a cubic zirconia and a diamond?
Apart from diamonds being natural, and last longer, they are also more expensive. Cubic zirconia are more affordable and looks similar to natural diamonds.
Cubic zirconia grades
Just like diamonds, cubic zirconia have grades too. They are rated from A to AAAAA. A is the lowest quality, while AAAAA is the highest quality available. There is a difference in the look and the price between the lowest and highest price.
How are cubic zirconia rated?
Same as diamonds, they are rated by the same 4C's- cut, clarity, color and carat.
All our fine jewelry uses the highest grade of cubic zirconia.
