"I wanted to design something that was intriguing but doesn't scream in your face. It was about getting that feeling right. That when you look at it, it just feels right." - Tippy, designer
The whole process took about a month. We had a dilemma choosing between different iterations of this design. The ring first started with a rough drawing which was then transferred onto the computer to get a more visual idea. Next, it was modeled in a 3D computer program which was then 3D printed and casted in 14k solid gold.
"Deciding on what gemstones to use was another dilemma. Should I go with neutral moonstone and diamonds, or something that adds a little more pop? Morganite felt like the right choice as it gave the ring palette a touch of peachy pink but was not too loud. Elegant and feminine was what I was striving for."
The last step was setting the stones and doing a final polish.
This ring had been sold. We are working on the next exclusive ring. Stay tuned.
